Meet Our New Board Members

MedWish Medworks is excited to welcome three new Board of Directors members: Zach Maher, Alan Peyrat, and Dr. Kristie Ross. Current board member, Justin Novak, partner at EY, was appointed to Treasurer. Let’s meet them!

Zach Maher is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in physician services, healthcare analytics, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Snrgy Solutions LLC, where he oversees physician recruiting, business development, financial management, and strategic growth initiatives. In addition, Zach is the Director of Enterprise Analytics at Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, leading data strategy, governance, and business intelligence initiatives for healthcare organizations nationwide. Previously, Zach has held key leadership roles with multiple organizations, where he led significant operational growth, expanded clinical locations, and strengthened financial performance.

I wanted to join the board of MedWish MedWorks because of its powerful mission to improve health outcomes by ensuring that critical medical supplies reach communities that need them most. I am excited to bring a strong governance mindset, operational rigor, and data-driven approach to my role as a board member.
— Zach

Alan Peyrat is a Senior Partner at The Riverside Company, a global investment firm focused on building and growing small companies. Previously, he was a Principal at Apax Partners, and earlier in his career he helped found a successful venture-backed startup. Mr. Peyrat holds a BS in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and both an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University.

I went on a medical brigade and saw firsthand the great need that MedWish Medworks serves. I believe there is even more that the organization can do, and I want to be part of helping MedWish Medworks expand in service of its mission.

Kristie Ross, MD is a pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine physician. After graduating medical school, she came to Cleveland in 2000 to do a residency in pediatrics and fellowships in pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. She has lived and practiced medicine in Cleveland ever since, focusing on helping to address health disparities and environmental triggers in children with asthma. She is a Professor of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and was appointed Chief Medical Officer for UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital and Children’s Market in early 2026. She lives with her husband, daughter, and two dogs in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland.  They love being near or on Lake Erie as much as possible.

Joining the board of MW2 was a natural fit after spending the last couple of decades seeing the great work they do and coming to understand how important it is to meet patients and their families where they are. I am excited to be a part of the local and international work to remove barriers to getting the care they need.
— Dr. Ross
