Current Openings

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Navigation Manager will oversee our Navigation program, working with the CEO to develop and guide the strategic direction of its critical services. This includes leading and managing our team of navigators, overseeing and growing our relationships with Navigation partners, remaining up to date on Medicaid/SNAP and community resources, maintaining records and generating reports on outreach and services, and developing plans on how to best connect members of our community to resources and care. Salary: $65,000-70,000

Navigation Manager


The Patient and Client Support Specialist reports to the Navigation Manager and serves as the primary liaison for individuals and families who need health care services. They facilitate the initial introduction to the organization’s services and maintain ongoing contact with each assigned client. The Patient and Client Support Specialist will execute outreach and education campaigns, provide facilitated enrollment services, and coordinate referrals between relevant entities, working individually and as part of a team. Part-time, 18 hours per week. Salary: $24-26 per hour.

Patient & Client Resource Specialist


The purpose of the Local and Domestic Programs Internship is to provide local undergraduate students with valuable work experience in the areas of humanitarian aid, non-profit management, medical science and technology, skill building, and medical supply chain management while serving the specific needs of MedWish MedWorks staff, as well as the greater global community. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. The Summer 2026 intern class is full. Now accepting applications for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters.

International Programs Intern Experience

The purpose of the International Programs Internship is to provide local undergraduate students with valuable work experience in the areas of international humanitarian aid, non-profit management, international logistics, medical science and technology, research skills, and medical supply chain management, while serving the specific needs of MedWish MedWorks staff, as well as the greater global community. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. The Summer 2026 intern class is full. Now accepting applications for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters.


MPH/Public and Global Health Intern Experience

The purpose of the Global Health Internship is to provide Masters of Public Health students with valuable work experience in the areas of international humanitarian aid, non-profit management, charitable healthcare and patient navigation, program evaluation, research skills and medical supply chain management, while serving the specific needs of MedWish MedWorks staff, as well as the greater global community. This is an unpaid internship opportunity.
