Individual Supply Donations

Individual donations play an important role in helping MedWish MedWorks expand healthcare access and responsibly reuse medical surplus. Whether you’re making a one-time donation or donating regularly, we’re grateful for your support.

Things to Know Before You Donate

To help ensure your donation can be put to its best possible use, please review the guidelines below before dropping off or shipping items.

Donation Basics

  • MedWish MedWorks welcomes both one-time and recurring donations.

  • All individual donations must be dropped off at our warehouse or shipped directly to MedWish MedWorks.

  • MedWish MedWorks is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

  • If you plan to donate in person at our warehouse, please confirm our hours prior to arrival.

  • We accept medical equipment and medical supplies only. We do not accept food, office furniture, or clothing.

Item Requirements

  • Donated items must be fully functional, clean, and sanitized.

  • MedWish MedWorks does not accept expired medical supplies.

  • Supplies with expiration dates must have at least 12 months of life remaining upon receipt.

  • Please review the accepted donations list below before donating. Items not listed may be accepted, but acceptance does not guarantee they will be used in medical relief efforts.

DOES NOT ACCEPT:

  • Medications (over-the-counter or prescription)

  • Insulan pumps and insulan pump supplies

  • Items contaminated by direct patient contact (i.e. used commodes or respiratory tubing)

  • Broken, rusted, or torn equipment

  • Renal IV bags

  • Loose or opened packages of tube feeding liquids

  • Items that have been recalled
