Zac Ponsky has investment management responsibilities for Ohio Savings/AmTrust Bank’s (OSB/AMT) mezzanine and equity investment program.

Zac also oversees the bank’s purchasing, facilities and real estate management departments as well as the bank’s REO department. Before joining OSB/AMT, Zac worked at Trammell Crow Company, and had development management responsibilities for the northeast region of the country, with a focus on healthcare development. Through this focus, he was responsible for leading Trammell Crow’s surgical hospital development program nationwide. Prior to this role, Zac was involved in the development management of several of Trammell Crow’s Southern California projects. Holding a strong passion for the real estate industry, he is dedicated to the growth and quality of OSB/AMT’s real estate investment program. Zac has a solid understanding of the continuous changes within the real estate industry, and is focused on responding to any challenges that are presented.
