MedWish International, a non-profit organization, is committed to saving lives and saving the environment.
Since 1993, MedWish International has collected literally tons of donated medical supplies. These life-saving items are distributed to recipients in developing countries who struggle economically or suffer due to war or natural disaster. By redistributing unused medical supplies to those in need, MedWish International reduces the amount of suffering and death in areas of the world that could otherwise offer little hope.
In addition to saving lives, the MedWish International Recover, Recycle, Redistribute program effectively reduces the amount of unused medical supplies and equipment disposed of in our local landfills.
Our dual mission allows MedWish International to significantly reduce the amount of suffering and death, due to a lack of medical supplies and equipment,
worldwide; while effectively reducing the amount of solid waste deposited in our landfills,
locally. MedWish International is committed to the mission of healing the individual as well as the environment!
Saving lives
Each year, thousands of men, women, and children suffer needlessly, due to a lack of medical supplies. MedWish International provides hope to these individuals through our Medical Supply Recovery Program,
Recover, Recycle, Redistribute. Simply put, MedWish International collects usable medical supplies, equipment, and furnishings that would otherwise be discarded and redistributes these life-saving items to those providing aid and services in developing countries. Instead of filling our landfills, these supplies now fill a humanitarian need! Through our partnerships with various local hospitals and other health-related entities, MedWish International is able to gather and ship tons of donated medical supplies each year. In addition to providing tangible medical supplies and equipment, MedWish International also provides hands on healing through our Medical Mission Brigades.

MedWish International understands the critical role recycling plays in saving our environment. Each year countless tons of medical supplies are dumped into our landfills, there is a better solution. By partnering with MedWish International, we can transform these disposable supplies into renewable, life-saving gifts. MedWish International is dedicated to the reduction of landfill waste and greenhouse gases. Organizations enrolled in the MedWish International Medical Supplies Recovery Program can calculate the amount of supplies recycled every year into the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
