Brooks Gerbitz is the Director of Raw Material Sourcing for the Swagelok Company in Solon, Ohio. Mr. Gerbitz has been with Swagelok for 8 years in various sourcing roles and previously spent 15 years in the lighting industry holding various operational and business development positions. Mr. Gerbitz brings strong experience to the board in the areas of risk management, negotiation and strategic thinking. Mr. Gerbitz is a Cleveland area native, a graduate of Gilmour Academy and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
